Mortenson and Perkins&Will are requesting Letters of Interest (LOI) and Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing design-build and professional services for the KC001222 Harborview Medical Center (HMC) Facility and Infrastructure Improvements Program.
Requested Services Include:
- Geotechnical/ Environmental Engineer
- Mechanical & Plumbing Design-Builder**
- Electrical Design-Builder**
- Civil Engineer of Record
- Structural Engineer of Record
- Landscape Architect
- Professional Land Surveyor
- Transportation Engineering
* Additional service solicitations will be advertised separately.
** Design consultant solicitations for Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical will occur in a second-step process following selection of the Design-Builders.
