The Harborview Bond Program will continue geotechnical work on the eastern side of the Harborview Medical Center campus on September 17, 2025 at the 319 Terry Ave. property from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Haley & Aldrich engineers will take soil samples for analysis to ensure the temporary modular building construction meets safety and environmental regulation and disaster preparedness protocols (in case of earthquakes, flooding, or other unexpected events).
The work follows geotechnical work completed near the intersection of Jefferson Street and 8th Avenue between Jefferson Terrace residences and the West Hospital Sept. 2-6, 2025.
