Mortenson and Perkins&Will are requesting Letters of Interest (LOI) and Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing design-build and professional services for the KC001222 Harborview Medical Center (HMC) Facility and Infrastructure Improvements Program.

Requested Services in Package 3 include:

  • Mechanical Design Engineer of Record

  • Electrical Design Engineer of Record

LOI/SOQ Due Date: October 31, 2025, by 5:00 PM (PST)
