The Community Workforce Agreement (CWA) Workshop, hosted by
Mortenson in partnership with King County, is designed to educate small
businesses and trade partners on CWA requirements and support
contractor readiness.
The workshop will provide an overview of key topics including apprentice utilization, compliance expectations, and reporting tools necessary for successful participation on CWA-covered projects.
Attendees will gain a clearer understanding of the expectations associated with the agreement, strengthening their ability to navigate workforce and reporting obligations. The session is intended to increase awareness and preparedness among participating businesses, reinforcing a shared commitment to workforce development and equitable contracting opportunities.
