The King County Harborview Construction and Infrastructure Division (HCID) has issued notice to proceed to Consertus for owner advisor services on Harborview Bond Program and County Hospital Levy projects. The Bond projects include the new inpatient tower and various renovations within older hospital campus spaces. Levy projects include 9^th and Alder medical office building with parking structure, and Pioneer Square Clinic relocation (into Duncan Building).

Consertus, formerly OAC, will help guide HCID and Harborview Medical Center through capital program management services and provide advisement.

HCID released the owner advisor services request for proposal in November 2025, and awarded the contract to Consertus.
