The Harborview Bond Program’s Implementation Advisory Committee (IAC), a representative group of adjacent community members and others who are interested in Harborview and the future of Medical Services and the First Hill Area, will advise Harborview Medical Center, King County, and the City of Seattle on matters related to the implementation of development under the Harborview Medical Center Major Institutions Master Plan. The goal is to achieve a balance of public benefits of the growth and change of Harborview with the need to maintain and enhance the livability and vitality of the adjacent neighborhoods. This will be accomplished by the ongoing monitoring of development under the adopted Master Plan.
