The Harborview Bond Program (HBP) has released a major institution master plan (MIMP) major amendment. The Program seeks public comments on the environmental impact statement (EIS) scoping. To achieve the bond goals, HBP needs to amend the City of Seattle MIMP that governs development on the campus (or major institution overlay [MIO]) of Harborview Medical Center.

Written comments will be accepted until May 1, 2025, at 5:00 PM.

King County has preliminarily identified that elements of the environment could be affected as a result of construction and operational include earth/topology (ECA steep slope), air quality/GHG, and energy and natural resources.
