King County Procurement and Payables released the highly-anticipated Harborview Bond Request for Qualifications (RFQ) this week. The RFQ entitled “KC001222 Progressive Design-Build (PDB) Services for Harborview Medical Center Facility and Infrastructure Improvements” is available through the King County eProcurement Portal.
The RFQ seeks a qualified design-builder to manage a project focused on the following: a new inpatient medical tower, essential support services renovations (including expansion of County judicial and public health services), and infrastructure improvements.

A Pre-SOQ Conference will be held September 11 and 12, 2024, at Harborview Medical Center’s Research and Training Building. Proposers seeking to fulfill the mandatory attendance, must register in person at the meeting before the program begins. Online attendees will have an opportunity to register.
