HCID has selected Zoetrope to design the new Involuntary Treatment Act (ITA) Court. This is a project funded by the Harborview Bond Program. The project represents the County’s commitment to designing people-first spaces, ensuring the court has a more modern facility that improves the workspace and flow for staff, and includes advanced transitional spaces. Though the ITA Court is currently located at the Harborview campus, it will be moving downtown to the Dexter Horton Building at 710 2nd Avenue. Design is expected to start later this year with construction to follow. The ITA Court will move to its new location in 2028 or 2029.
