King County held tours for the shortlisted firms from January 13 to January 14, 2025. The tours offered the bidders an opportunity to acquire further insight into the new tower RFP, and ways the work will impact the Harborview Medical Center campus.

Harborview Bond Program Project Manager Garrett Farrell and Harborview Medical Center Senior Director of Capital Development Ted Klainer led the tours, providing a safe and informative space for the construction and architect partners.

The three shortlisted partnered firms are Hoffman Construction Company and ZGF, Mortenson and Perkins & Will, and Sellen and nbbj.
