Seeking a firm with healthcare and preservation experience to make tenant improvements for Pioneer Square Clinic. The contract will be for progressive design-build services.

Services Needed
Design and construction services, including architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and masonry.

Anticipated Release
Q4 2026

$15 million, up to three years
