Before the end of the year, the Harborview Construction and Infrastructure Division will release the Pioneer Square Clinic Tenant Renovation at the Duncan Building bidding opportunity.

The progressive design-build services contract seeks a firm with healthcare and preservation experience to design and build tenant improvements for relocation of Pioneer Square Clinic into the historical Duncan Building. Clinic will be Department of Health certified.

Services needed include design and construction services, including architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and masonry.

The estimated contract value is $15 million, up to three years.
