As a new division at King County, the Harborview Construction and Infrastructure Division continues to expand. Recently, Division leaders announced the search for a contract specialist. The responsibilities of the role include:
- Reviewing requests for the procurement of construction, architectural, engineering and professional services, goods and services, and alternative delivery (GC/CM and Design-Build), and other procurement types as assigned.
- Analyzing requirements of the project and recommend the best method of procurement.
- Collaborating with project managers to define procurement requirements, including scope of work, evaluation criteria, contract terms, and reference documents.
