Seattle, WA – The Harborview Bond Program (HBP) remains in its early stages with project phasing and sequencing. This phase includes space programming.

As hospital departments evolve, HBP project managers continue to identify the problems with current spaces and needs through feedback from user groups. Project Managers (PMs) marry the needs of services with the space needs for staff, equipment, and furniture for functioning efficiently.

Current facility limitations significantly impact hospital operations, resulting in virtually no vital surge capacity (ability to house more patients in the event of an emergency), no capacity for growth, and limited flexibility for hospital operations.
