The Harborview Bond Program held a networking event on Feb. 19, 2026, at Tabor 100 in Tukwila. The Bond Program team, along with the design-build team of Mortenson and Perkins&Will, invited businesses to come and learn how to get involved with one of the biggest capital projects in King County history. About 50 people attended, representing at least 39 firms.

Two certified Office of Minority and Women’s Business Enterprise firms supported the event: Darling Nava and Associates and Boon Boona Coffee. The $1.74 billion project has enormous potential to create and maintain long-term living wage jobs for King County residents.
