The Harborview Bond Program team includes staff from King County and UW Medicine, along with parters from the design-build team of Mortenson and Perkins&Will, as well as our owner’s advisor organization. The number of staff needed on site to manage Harborview’s projects will be in the hundreds. The County is building a temporary, modular office building at 925 Terrace Street to house Bond Program staff. 

Although this building is “temporary,” we expect it to house staff working on infrastructure projects on campus for decades to come. At a height of three stories, it will not impede any neighbor’s view. 

Construction on the site will begin in summer 2026 and extend roughly through the end of the year.
